What You Need to Know
All Sales Are Final
Because every pack is opened live on camera, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any rip & ship orders. Once your packs are ripped, that order is complete. Please make sure you're happy with your selection before purchasing.
No Guarantee of Pulls
We cannot guarantee specific cards, hits, or rarities from any pack. Pull rates are determined entirely by The Pokemon Company and the randomness of sealed product. We never weight, sort, or tamper with packs before opening.
Pack Condition
All packs are purchased factory sealed from authorized distributors. We do not sell resealed, tampered, or previously weighed product. Every rip happens live on TikTok at @pokerippas with no off-camera pulls.
Shipping & Card Condition
All cards are sleeved and top-loaded before shipping. Hits receive extra protection. Once a package leaves our hands and is with the carrier, we are not responsible for damage caused in transit. If your package arrives damaged, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Shipping Times
Processing times vary depending on our live stream schedule and order volume. We ship from Canada. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, customs, or other carriers.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback on a completed rip & ship order is considered fraud. All rips are recorded live and timestamped. We keep records of every order and stream. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full video evidence and may result in being banned from future orders.
