📦 SHIPPING & HOLD ORDER POLICY


Thank you for choosing to shop with RIPREON! Please review the following information to ensure a smooth and transparent experience with your order.


🔒 HOLD ORDERS for combined shipping

All Hold Orders are held until shipping is paid. Hold orders are for COMBINED shipping - we put every order together into one package which is why you might see some orders as "ready to ship" even if it has shipped. If you have paid for shipping, ALL orders that week will be sent. 

***USE "READY TO SHIP" on the homepage ONCE YOU WANT YOUR ORDER SHIPPED.

Orders are shipped every Monday.

We have limited space and can't hold orders forever.

****⚠️ We hold cards for 60 days. If shipping isn’t paid after that, we reserve the right to return the cards to our inventory or offer them in giveaways. No refunds for unpaid shipping.***

While in hold status, your order will display as "Shipping in Progress" even if it hasn’t shipped yet and we are awaiting shipping payment through paypal.

IMPORTANT: RIPREON is not responsible for lost Hold Orders or issues caused by incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your details before submitting.


🚚 SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (example: canada post, USPS, FedEx, etc.), including:

    • Weather disruptions

    • Strikes
    • Customs delays for international orders

    • In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

    • If an order lost or stolen, ripreon is not liable. 

📬 ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not liable for delays, returns, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately to make corrections before your order ships.


🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our Rip & Ship service, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been ripped on stream.

If your order arrives with an issue (example: damaged cards or incorrect items), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will assist you.
