1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our store are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.

2. Fraudulent Chargebacks

We, Ripreon, take fraudulent chargbacks extremely seriously and will take necessary legal action on a case-by-case basis. 

3. Product Condition

We take great care in handling and shipping your Pokémon cards. However, due to the nature of "Rip and Ship" services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from packs, such as rare or valuable cards, as these are based on chance.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

In the event that your item is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. While we will assist you in submitting a claim to the carrier, we are not liable for any damages or losses once the package is in the hands of the shipping provider.

5. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or product, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review the situation and, if deemed appropriate, we may offer an exchange for the correct item.

6. By Purchasing, You Agree to This Policy

By completing your order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Return Policy. Please ensure you have reviewed your purchase carefully before proceeding. 

By completing your purchase, you agree that all products are final sale, and you waive the right to file chargebacks for any opened or live-streamed products.
